How much does staging cost?
The cost of staging is an investment with a high return,
and we offer services for every budget. Staging can be as budget friendly as a $250 consultation, roughly $500 -$800 to rework what you already have, or over $1000 dollars if you need to rent furniture. Our contract includes two month furniture and accessory rental. After initial contract, you can rent furniture and accessories on a month-to-month basis.
Research proves that the costs of professional staging is typically much less than the first price reduction and that staged homes sell at a higher price than unstaged homes. For instance, let’s suppose after over 30 days on the market, you decide to reduce the listing price of your $200,000 home by 5% (10,000) to $190,000. If you would have spent just 1% ($2,000) on professional home staging instead, you would have had a total of $8,000 in your pocket to take a vacation. In the end, your home’s sale price will more than make up for the upfront costs.
What does the price include?
Staging services include staging design, professional staging team, packing and loading at warehouse, travel, unloading at property, hands-on staging and de-staging property, plus one month furniture and accessory rental. When is payment due?
The total invoice amount is due and payable upon receipt of invoice prior to the beginning of staging work.
What is the Staging Process:
Proposal. Within 24 hours, you receive a customized proposal for the staging needs of the home.
Staging Day. We make it simple. Everything is handled from start to finish. You do not need to lift a finger.
Destage. A 7 day notice is requested prior to closing to schedule destaging.
*A consultation is required to determine the staging needs of the home.
Is staging guaranteed to sell my home?
No, home staging alone is not enough to result in home sale. There are many important factors that drive real estate sales including location, size, a fair and competitive price for the market conditions and the home’s condition.
